Thoughtful prescribing. Ongoing follow-up.
Our psychiatric services include evaluation and medication management when clinically appropriate. Your prescriber reviews your symptoms, health history, current medications, and treatment goals to discuss available options.
Follow-up visits provide time to review benefits, side effects, and concerns, and to adjust the treatment plan when needed. Medication management can be coordinated with counseling and other supports. Bring an up-to-date medication list to your appointment.
When worry takes up too much space.
Persistent worry, panic, or fear can interfere with sleep, relationships, work, and school. We work with you to understand what you are experiencing and identify practical goals for care.
Care can focus on recognizing triggers, building coping skills, and reducing avoidance. Your clinician will discuss therapy options and whether a psychiatric evaluation may be helpful.
Support when everyday life feels heavy.
Depression can affect mood, energy, concentration, motivation, and interest in activities. You deserve support that takes both your symptoms and your circumstances seriously.
Treatment planning can include counseling, manageable daily goals, strengthening support systems, and coordination with psychiatric care when appropriate.
Make room for the way your mind works.
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder can involve difficulties with attention, organization, impulse control, or restlessness. An assessment helps clarify your needs and considers other concerns that can affect focus.
Care can address routines, planning, follow-through, and coping with frustration. Your team can discuss therapy, practical strategies, and psychiatric evaluation where appropriate; an evaluation does not guarantee a diagnosis or prescription.
Care that sees the person beyond the diagnosis.
Longstanding patterns in emotions, relationships, self-image, or behavior can make daily life difficult. Our approach begins with a respectful assessment and an individualized plan built around your needs.
Therapy goals may include understanding recurring patterns, managing intense emotions, strengthening communication, and developing healthier relationships. The clinician will discuss appropriate treatment and additional support or referrals when needed.
Care at a pace that respects your needs.
Our trauma-focused care provides space to discuss distressing experiences and their impact on daily life. Treatment begins with an assessment, your priorities, and a plan for support.
Care may focus on coping skills, emotional safety, and processing experiences with a clinician. EMDR may be considered when appropriate. Explore our EMDR section or call to discuss clinician availability.
Support for recovery and the whole person.
We provide addiction counseling and support for people navigating substance use alongside mental health concerns. Care planning considers both your recovery goals and your everyday circumstances.
Services may include individual or group counseling, relapse-prevention work, and addiction case management. Your team will discuss the appropriate level of care and coordinate additional services or referrals when needed.
Stronger communication. Shared understanding.
Family and relationship concerns can affect emotional well-being and recovery. Counseling offers space to explore communication, recurring conflicts, and the support you need from one another.
Goals may include healthier boundaries, communication skills, and navigating changes together. Ask about family or relationship counseling and how loved ones can participate in care with appropriate consent.
Connections across home, school, and community.
Our team’s experience includes working with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient and school settings. We help families explore support for emotional, behavioral, and everyday challenges.
Ask about age-appropriate services, family participation, and available school partnerships. Our mySHO / SEL360 program connects participating schools with social-emotional learning and pathways to additional support.
Practical help between appointments.
Mental health and addiction case management can help connect treatment goals with everyday life. Our case-management leads support clients in identifying needs, navigating resources, and staying connected to care.
Support can focus on coordinating appointments, connecting with community services, building routines, and working toward individualized goals. Available services are based on assessment, program eligibility, and your care plan.
Care begins with an assessment. Treatment recommendations, clinician availability, age eligibility, and insurance coverage are confirmed individually.
Ask about specialized care ↗Distressing experiences can continue to affect how you feel long after they happen. EMDR offers a structured way to work with traumatic memories alongside a trained clinician.
Ask about EMDR ↗Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused psychotherapy used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). During parts of treatment, a clinician guides you in recalling a distressing memory while attending to alternating movements, sounds, or taps.
Care starts with understanding your history, discussing your goals, and assessing whether EMDR is appropriate. Preparation and coping skills come before trauma processing. Your clinician works with you on readiness, pacing, and how to manage distress during treatment.
Ask our team about EMDR availability and a clinical consultation. The approach and length of care depend on your needs; outcomes vary.
Learn about EMDR from the National Center for PTSD ↗SEL360™ brings structured social-emotional learning together with a pathway to additional behavioral health support.
Through Warren Recovery Group’s partnership with mySHO, our community connects with SEL360 programming for participating schools and organizations. mySHO provides the SEL360 curriculum, digital platform, training, and engagement reporting. WRG provides behavioral health staffing, clinical supervision, and coordination of assessment and treatment services.
Classroom or group-based SEL360 activities introduce social-emotional skills through check-ins, guided practice, and reflection. The school model uses short daily activities, typically about 15 minutes, organized into 16-week sessions.
Coordinator or small-group follow-up provides additional support when participants need more than the universal program. The team works with the participating site to identify appropriate next steps.
When individual clinical care is appropriate, licensed behavioral health professionals can provide assessment and treatment. This involves a separate clinical process, including applicable consent and enrollment requirements.
Participating families receive information about enrollment, the program’s weekly rhythm, and available family support. The care team can answer questions and explain how additional services may be accessed.
Participation in SEL360 does not itself establish a mental health diagnosis or automatically enroll someone in therapy. Ask your school or our office about the program offered at your location.
Ask about family participation ↗The partnership model includes launch planning, staff preparation, family communication, and ongoing engagement reporting. Program reviews help teams understand participation and plan next steps.
Services, staffing, schedules, and participation requirements are tailored to each agreed program. Contact us to explore a school or community partnership.
Discuss a partnership ↗Reaching out can feel like a big step. Knowing what comes next can make it a little easier.
Let’s talk ↗Call the office. Tell us you are interested in services, or that you are helping someone find care.
Ask about appointment availability, insurance, payment options, and which services may fit your needs.
Our team will explain the assessment process and what to prepare for your appointment.
